Experience

Lamberto is a senior vice president with Plante Moran Cresa’s program management team. An architect by training and experience, Lamberto’s 22-year career focused on facilitating design-based solutions for clients’ needs. He brings a wide array of experience in contract administration management, consultant coordination, risk management, and project management throughout construction closeout.

Lamberto has served both public and private sector clients — including hospitality, retail, mixed-use, commercial, research and development, and automotive manufacturing — around the world and across the United States. Additionally, with a focus on sustainable practice, Lamberto he has completed several certified LEED® Gold and USGBC green projects.

Prior to joining Plante Moran Cresa, Lamberto worked for an international architecture and engineering company as the leader of the architectural team for mixed use and retail. He was brought on board to develop a diverse and successful practice. Focused on team performance, he began to create systems and procedures for project delivery that not only improved project performance, but also created a stronger team. Lamberto believes that the success of any business, just like any capital project, is based on the nurturing and structuring of great teams.

Lamberto is a licensed architect in over 40 states, including Michigan, Ohio, and Indiana, and he is NCARB certified. He started his professional career at his family’s private residential construction practice after receiving a bachelor’s degree in architecture from Lawrence Technological University. He also went on to receive his master’s degree from the same institution. He is a member of the American Institute of Architects (AIA).
