As a leader in our transfer pricing practice, I advise clients on the pricing of intercompany transactions between related parties to optimize a company’s overall effective tax rate and meet local tax requirements. Most of my clients are companies with multiple subsidiaries and international operations.
My clients appreciate that I listen and provide an appropriate scale of services to meet the needs of their company based on risk and transaction value. Around the office, my colleagues know me for telling it like it is. I’ve been told I’m not afraid to say, “The emperor has no clothes.”
In more than five years with the firm, I’ve helped to build the region’s transfer pricing practice from the bottom up — developing the tools, growing the business, and building out the team. Previously, I was a director with a Big Four firm.
I often speak at accounting alliances and networks on the technical topic of transfer pricing and also to organized groups of young women on accounting as a profession. I belong to the AICPA and the Colorado Society of CPAs, and I’m
on the executive board and treasurer of the World Trade Center - Denver. I received my B.S. in accounting with a minor in international business from Boston College.
Most of my free time is spent with my husband, Greg, and our kids, Charlie and Ruby. I also enjoy running, traveling, and cooking.
