As a senior consultant at Plante Moran Realpoint Investment Advisors (PMRIA), formerly Plante Moran REIA, Aidan is responsible for providing tailored real estate investment solutions to clients, which includes asset management, acquisitions and dispositions, market research and analysis, and portfolio strategy. He is detail oriented and can effectively synthesize complex topics in an easily understandable manner. He uses a top-down, data-driven approach to develop solutions and strategies to achieve his clients’ goals.
Aidan joined the PMRIA team from Plante Moran Financial Advisors (PMFA), where he served as a senior financial advisor. During his time with PMFA, Aidan served as the “personal CFO” for ultra-high-net-worth individuals and family offices, managing more than 50 client relationships with total investable assets over $600 million. As he worked in this capacity, he frequently consulted with clients and outside advisors on clients’ real estate holdings. The unique combination of art and science in the real estate industry drew him to focus on real estate investment advisory as part of PMRIA.
Aidan holds a BBA in finance and risk management from the University of Wisconsin – Madison. He is a CFP® professional and has a Series 65 license.
