Linda is a leader of Plante Moran's housing and community development solutions group. Her technical expertise and support for the firm's real estate and not-for-profit practices have earned her the distinction of membership on our professional standards team.
Linda has more than 25 years of experience serving residential multi-family and senior rental real estate entities, investment funds, and community development not-for-profit clients providing consulting, assurance, and tax services. Her expertise includes knowledge of and experience with a variety of tax credit incentive programs, including low income housing tax credits, historic rehabilitation credits, and new markets tax credits. Linda is known for providing innovative solutions to communities that provide affordable housing and other supportive services to low-to-moderate income and homeless individuals.
Linda is a frequent industry speaker on affordable housing strategies, structures, and compliance requirements. She has a B.A. in accounting (summa cum laude) from Wayne State University.
