As a vice president with Plante Moran Realpoint (PMR), formerly Plante Moran REIA, Nick supports clients’ real estate needs in various capacities, from real estate portfolio strategy to financial analysis and due diligence. Nick has a wide range of knowledge that allows him to see clients’ real estate needs from different perspectives and adjust solutions for optimal outcomes.
Nick joins PMR from Mark IV Capital, where he was a senior financial analyst. His was responsible for the asset management and daily operations of the Denver real estate portfolio, which included underwriting and due diligence, hold/sell analysis, lease review and negotiations, portfolio reporting, property-level budgeting, and more.
Nick was drawn to commercial real estate for the variety of product types and markets, each with their own unique strengths and challenges that keep his job interesting. He has a Bachelor of Science in business administration from the Leeds School of Business at the University of Colorado Boulder, where he majored in finance and minored in real estate.
