Celebrating Jennings’ groundbreaking in Brecksville

Our team at Plante Moran Living Forward would like to congratulate Jennings on the groundbreaking of its new assisted living development, Jennings at Brecksville. The new development will have 74 residences and offer community programs and a variety of amenities.

Plante Moran Living Forward, in conjunction with several other firms, worked with Jennings over the past three years on the financial feasibility for Jennings at Brecksville, which culminated in Jennings’ groundbreaking celebration on January 26. Jennings is currently finalizing the development schedule and details.
