Plante Moran affiliated entity Plante Moran Real Estate Investment Advisors (PMREIA) announces its expansion to Colorado. Senior Vice President Zack Otte has relocated from PMREIA’s Chicago office to Plante Moran’s Denver Tech Center to lead the new office location. PMREIA is a full-service real estate investment advisor and provides tailored investment and asset management solutions to help private and institutional clients preserve, protect, and grow their real estate portfolios.

PMREIA President Marty West adds, “Zack has been serving a growing number of clients in Colorado. It became clear that there would be tremendous value to the firm to permanently expand to the region. Zack will look to add staff in Denver to help serve and expand PMREIA’s more than $1 billion in real estate assets under advisement across the nation.”

Zack began his career with Plante Moran as a consultant in the Real Estate and Construction Group from 2002 to 2013. Prior to joining PMREIA in 2017, he served in a transaction officer role at two different shopping center REITs, completing over $500 million in commercial real estate transactions. Zack will continue to lead PMREIA’s asset management practice in addition to building the team’s Rocky Mountain Region presence.

“It’s been a great opportunity to meet several Rocky Mountain team members and their clients already. I look forward to building upon these relationships and being a local resource for the region’s real estate investment needs," Zack said.
