His experience includes serving on multiple engagements related to the revitalization and restructuring of religious institutes. As part of that process, he conducts site visits to identify opportunities for operational improvement and to enhance community resources.
He has helped numerous religious congregations with a wide variety of activities, including planning for the future of their mission, collaboration and consolidation activities, asset divestiture, financial and operational analysis, consolidated financial reporting for international congregations, and leadership transition. In the past, Jerry had also served as the chief financial officer for a subsidiary of a Catholic health system during the development of a continuing care retirement community.
Jerry holds an MBA from Oakland University and a B.S. in business administration (with high distinction) from Aquinas College.
