As a vice president with Plante Moran Realpoint (PMR), Jon brings nine years of architectural and program management experience to the firm. As part of the program management team, Jon supports clients with preconstruction services that guide the development and implementation of strategic capital plans. He specializes in stakeholder coordination, feasibility planning, and early-phase project development, helping clients align their goals with practical execution strategies.
To provide a successful project, Jon takes the time to understand clients’ needs by emphasizing the importance of client-consultant relationships. Jon believes that having a direct engagement and close relationship is inherently rewarding, especially when clients acknowledge experience and foresight. Clients appreciate his ability to effectively communicate when potential conflicts or concerns arise.
Jon joins PMR from IBI group in Southfield, Mich., where he served as an architectural designer. During his time at IBI, Jon provided established retail program development and parametric design solutions for Hudson group stores, Volvo cars, and various industrial clients.
Jon holds a bachelor’s and master’s degree in architecture from Lawrence Technical University. He is a licensed architect in the state of Michigan.
