Commercial real estate consulting firm Plante Moran Cresa, affiliate of public accounting and business advisory firms Plante Moran, is pleased to welcome four new staff to the firm: Sean Abelarde, Kevin Massey, Paula Holt, and Gary Kent.

About Sean Abelarde

Sean Abelarde joins as a consultant to the PMC transaction management team. He will support a variety of projects ranging from consulting to transactions. Prior to joining PMC, Sean interned for CBRE in Chicago and the Schostak Brothers & Company, Inc., in Livonia, Mich. Sean graduated from Indiana University’s Kelley School of Business with a degree in finance and real estate. He is a licensed real estate salesperson in the state of Michigan and certified in ARGUS Enterprise software solutions.

About Kevin Massey

Kevin Massey joins the firm as the leader of PMC’s corporate sector project management team. He will be responsible for guiding the practice for future growth and collaboration across the firm, improving the implementation of the firm’s services across teams. Prior to joining PMC, Kevin worked for CBRE, Inc., as managing director where he managed projects for national corporate image roll-out programs for large automotive companies. Kevin has a Bachelor of Business Administration, majoring in management from Davenport University, as well as an associate degree in architectural construction from Henry Ford Community College. He is an IASSC Certified Lean Six Sigma Green Belt and LEED Accredited Professional.

About Paula Holt

Paula Holt joins PMC as a project cost accountant. She will assist her clients in managing the financial aspects of their programs, including invoice review, payment coordination, budget forecasting, and reconciling. Previously, Paula served as the director of project accounting for Skanska USA. Paula has a Master of Business Administration and Management from Central Michigan University and a Bachelor of Science in business management from the University of Phoenix.

About Gary Kent

Gary Kent joins PMC as a senior consultant and will help clients plan and manage commercial real estate projects, specializing in project budget development and forecasting, project team coordination, and relocation and logistics management. Gary previously worked as a project manager for commercial office projects at Cushman & Wakefield as well as a similar role at CBRE. He has a Bachelor of Science in business management from Wayne State University.
