Congratulations to client Clark Retirement Community on a successful groundbreaking on a $35 million expansion at its Keller Lake campus. This new project begins close on the heels of the community’s recent Franklin campus project, which opened at the end of 2019.

The Keller Lake expansion, which will feature West Michigan’s first senior living community based on a town-square model, will include about 70 independent living units, a restaurant, a bistro, walking paths, and other amenities.

We’re excited to be owner’s representatives on this new project and look forward to working with the project team.
