Plante Moran Realpoint (PMR) is excited to celebrate two clients whose projects have earned recognition in the prestigious American Sports Builders Association (ASBA) Awards Program. Each year, ASBA honors athletic facilities nationwide that exemplify exceptional design, superior construction, and outstanding quality.

Announced at the end of 2025, ASBA nominated the following projects:

About ASBA

The American Sports Builders Association is the leading organization for professionals who design and build sports facilities across the United States. Its annual awards spotlight projects that set new benchmarks for quality, performance, and community impact. Selected from a highly competitive field, these facilities demonstrate excellence in design, construction, and their ability to elevate athletic performance and community engagement.

Birmingham Public Schools – Seaholm and Groves Athletic Complexes

Two of Birmingham Public Schools’ flagship athletic complexes, at Ernest W. Seaholm High School and Wylie E. Groves High School, were nominated in the multi-field facility category. These projects represent the district’s vision to transform athletic spaces into hubs of performance and community engagement.

Both complexes were made possible through Birmingham Public Schools’ $195 million bond program, which PMR proudly supported as the owner’s representative.

Harbor Springs High School – Ottawa Stadium

Recognized as a standout single-field facility, Ottawa Stadium reflects Harbor Springs Public Schools’ commitment to creating spaces that inspire athletic achievement and community pride. Innovative features and quality construction earned this project national recognition. PMR has worked with the district since 2020 as the owner’s representative for its two-phase, $42 million bond program.

We congratulate both of our clients and their communities on this achievement. Your dedication to excellence continues to inspire us, and we are honored to be part of your journey.
