As a consultant at Plante Moran Realpoint (PMR), formerly Plante Moran Cresa, Sean is a member of the transaction management team, which focuses on helping clients align their corporate real estate strategy to best fit their business needs through comprehensive national site selection, portfolio management, and tenant representation services. Sean is primarily focused on the office, industrial and retail markets and has advised a wide range of clients, including Ilitch Holdings/Olympia Development, Henry Ford Health, Dana Automotive, Barton Malow Company, The Better Health Store, Necco Inc., Wade Trim, Accounting Aid Society, and Lands’ End, amongst others.
Sean is a licensed real estate salesperson in the state of Michigan and certified in ARGUS Enterprise software solutions. He is an active member of the Detroit Athletic Club, Birmingham Athletic Club, and serves as a board member of Leaders for Kids, an Advisory Board to the Children’s Hospital of Michigan Foundation.
Sean graduated from Indiana University’s Kelley School of Business, where he majored in finance and real estate. During college, Sean was an active member of the Indiana University Real Estate Club and president of the institution’s Sigma Chi fraternity chapter.
