Experience

As a principal at Plante Moran Realpoint (PMR), formerly Plante Moran Cresa, Adam helps a diverse client base across North America turn their real estate into a differentiator and a driver for their businesses. With this vision in mind, he can apply a sophisticated approach to every transaction that factors in nuances for each location option, lease terms, financial implications, market research, and exit strategies. His focus on his clients’ goals and objectives creates valuable, enduring relationships beyond the real estate transaction.

Adam’s expertise provides clients with the capabilities to enter new markets, consider the entire scope of location decisions, and facilitate effective negotiations to secure project success. He adds tremendous value in negotiating economic incentives, including complex statutory and non-statutory incentives across North America. Much of his success comes from his experience and relationships with public and private stakeholders at the state and local levels.

A recognized leader in the real estate market, Adam regularly speaks at economic development conferences across the Midwest. He also has a passion for networking and individual growth. He serves on the Board of Trustees for Wolverine Human Services and Board of Directors for the Detroit Economic Club’s Young Leader program. He is a graduate of Detroit Regional Chamber’s Leadership Detroit Class XXXVIII and member of the Original Equipment Suppliers Association’s (OESA) Young Leader Council 8.

Adam earned a Master of Business Administration (MBA) from the University of Michigan-Dearborn and a Bachelor of Arts in marketing from Michigan State University’s Eli Broad College of Business. He currently holds a Michigan Real Estate Salesperson License.
