As a valuable member of Plante Moran Cresa’s transaction management team, Adam specializes in leasing and acquisition services primarily for industrial- and manufacturing-based clients. His expertise in site selection, as well as the negotiation of state and local tax incentives, has consistently yielded successful results for clients nationwide.
Adam’s insight on today’s real estate market, coupled with his ability to recognize the current and future real estate needs of his clients, enables him to identify all viable options so that his clients can make well-informed decisions. Clients benefit from Adam’s in-depth understanding of their unique real estate challenges, including geographic focus, financial constraints, incentive possibilities, and space allocation criteria.
By performing extensive market research and real estate analysis for each project, Adam’s input has been an integral part of the site selection process for clients ranging from small, local offices to large corporations.
Adam earned a master’s degree in business administration (MBA) from the University of Michigan-Dearborn and a bachelor’s degree in marketing from Michigan State University’s Eli Broad College of Business. He also holds a Michigan Real Estate License and is part of the Detroit Economic Club Young Leaders Group. Adam was also part of the Detroit Regional Chamber’s Leadership Detroit Class XXXVIII.
