As a consultant at Plante Moran Realpoint (PMR), formerly Plante Moran REIA, Jack assists clients with all aspects of their real estate investments, including portfolio strategy, financial and market analysis, transaction management, and asset management. In his role, Jack produces and summarizes complex property financial reports in a way that allows clients to fully understand their value at a macro and micro level.
Jack gained experience at Transwestern in Denver, Colo., where he served as a winter intern before joining PMR. At Transwestern, Jack assisted clients with their investment objects, including sourcing and underwriting investment opportunities.
Jack is an honors graduate of the Leeds School of Business at The University of Colorado Boulder, where he obtained a double major in real estate and finance. Outside of the classroom, Jack participated in real estate case competitions, where he placed first at the Bascom Real Estate Case in 2021. He regularly volunteers his time as a mentor to college students through the Evans Scholars Foundation/Plante Moran partnership, where he combines his love for golf and mentoring others.
