Experience

As a senior vice president at Plante Moran Living Forward (PMLF), Jennifer is a seasoned professional with over 17 years of experience in the senior living industry, primarily within skilled nursing facilities. At PMLF, she is responsible for helping clients achieve operational and financial stability by tackling daily challenges and becoming more proactive and strategic. Her clients appreciate her transparency, encouragement, understanding, and dedication to helping them achieve their goals.

Her desire to help others initially attracted her to a career in nursing, and this passion continues to drive her work in the senior living sector. Jennifer has held numerous leadership positions, including minimum data set (MDS) coordinator, director of nursing, licensed nursing home administrator, regional director of clinical operations, and regional director of operations. In these roles, she successfully built and guided large teams to provide excellent care and customer service while navigating complex regulatory and reimbursement environments.

Jennifer’s greatest accomplishments include receiving the Chamber of Commerce Employee of the Year Award, the Healing with Heart Corporate Hurricane Relief Award, and multiple American Health Care Association Quality Awards. She has also led facilities to achieve the Centers for Medicare & Medicaid Services (CMS) deficiency-free status in their Recertification Surveys and CMS Five-Star Quality Ratings.

Jennifer is a registered nurse and licensed nursing home administrator (LNHA). She is actively involved in her church community and volunteers as a nurse on international mission trips. She holds a Bachelor of Science degree in nursing from Georgia College and State University.
