Experience

As a partner with Plante Moran Realpoint (PMR), formerly Plante Moran Cresa, Paul helps lead the firm’s public sector practice, which serves the K-12, higher education, government, and infrastructure industries. With a focus on the public sector, Paul provides leadership both internally to PMR staff and externally to clients.

Paul’s clients are delighted by his open and effective leadership style, which consistently builds and leads successful project teams. He has an expansive knowledge of industry best practices as well as broad market knowledge that he utilizes to help drive value for his clients.

Paul believes that challenges, when seen in advance, are easily dealt with. Wait until they’re on top of you, and it’s too late. Paul strives to help his clients navigate their challenges by efficiently planning and implementing capital programs that meet their vision and goals. For nearly 25 years, Paul has successfully guided clients and their capital programs to successful outcomes.

Paul received a Bachelor of Science degree in civil engineering from the University of Michigan. He is a licensed engineer with a Professional Engineer (PE) designation. He is also a LEED-Accredited Professional (Leadership in Energy and Environmental Design) and a licensed builder in the state of Michigan.
