As part of Plante Moran Realpoint (PMR), Sean serves as an owner’s representative and project executive on large-scale capital programs, leading preconstruction budgeting and scheduling, value engineering, guaranteed maximum price (GMP) development, contract negotiations, entitlements, and permitting, with experience supporting LEED-certification processes.

Prior to PMR, he acted as project director and owner’s representative for the Buffalo Bills’ new NFL stadium program at Legends, overseeing design development, GMP formation, and multi-agency governance with the State of New York and Erie County. Earlier, as vice president of development and construction at Huntington Bank, he led the planning and delivery of a 21-story, 450,000‑square‑foot mixed-use headquarters tower in Detroit, Mich., including incentives strategy, pro forma development, design management, change management, and staff relocation.

Sean’s career also includes regional development leadership roles at Brookfield Properties (formerly Rouse Properties) and Macerich/Westcor, where he managed ground-up and redevelopment portfolios across multiple U.S. markets, coordinating architects, engineers, municipalities, contractors, and tenants to deliver program goals.

Sean holds a B.S. in civil engineering from Michigan Technological University. He serves his community as a board member of Trout Unlimited, the nation’s leading conservation organization working to care for and recover rivers and streams and their trout and salmon populations.
