As a vice president at Plante Moran Realpoint, Shaunton helps guide public sector capital projects from concept through completion. With over 20 years of experience in the built environment, he has overseen projects for the public sector, manufacturing, and commercial environments and has a wealth of knowledge in project planning, scope development, cost estimation, design and construction oversight, and cross-functional coordination. Clients especially appreciate the detail- and team-oriented approach Shaunton brings to every stage of a project, resulting in seamless project management.
Shaunton’s previous experience managing multiphase projects includes significant roles at prestigious companies such as General Motors and Chrysler, where he served as an owner's representative. He holds a Master of Architecture from the Academy of Art University in San Francisco, Calif., and a Bachelor of Science in architecture from Lawrence Technological University in Southfield, Mich.
