She developed a self-sustaining peer ministry and designed, facilitated, and regularly evaluated peer-led student retreat programs. She also designed and facilitated community-wide formation and engagement in the school’s mission, including a three-year onboarding program for new staff, charism renewal for veteran staff, and whole-community special events. For her accomplishments, she was the recipient of the Fleming Grant for Teaching Excellence. She has published multiple works across a variety of platforms and regularly presented across Houston.
