As a senior consultant with Plante Moran Realpoint (PMR), formerly Plante Moran Cresa, Giselle supports the program management team as a project management information system (PMIS) resource. In this role, she’s involved in helping clients across industries set up processes and procedures to efficiently manage their capital projects and achieve successful project outcomes.
Giselle’s technical background allows her to customize workflows to suit each client’s unique needs. She provided project management support across multiple utility engineering programs as a contract associate program manager for the overhead department at DTE Energy in Detroit, Mich. Giselle was also a proposal engineer for Commonwealth Associates in Jackson, Mich., where she initiated a process improvement project and implemented the purchase of new software that would capture and streamline internal workflows.
Given her experience and expertise in process improvement, Giselle contributes to the internal team responsible for building more robust and efficient processes and procedures for PMR’s program management service line.
Giselle graduated from Michigan Technological University with a Bachelor of Science in engineering management. She is a certified Project Management Professional (PMP®), a Lean Six Sigma Sensei (LSSS), and a Certified Six Sigma Green Belt (CSSGB).
