As a senior consultant with Plante Moran Realpoint (PMR), Jordan draws on 12 years of experience to assist clients with development services, economic development programs, and infrastructure-related projects. Jordan specializes in project planning at the intersection of design engineering, financial feasibility, and project management, leveraging his background in financial modeling and project design. Clients appreciate Jordan’s ability to bridge technical challenges with financial and mission-based strategies, empowering them to make confident, data-informed decisions that are aligned with their goals.
Before joining PMR, Jordan spent eight years at Ernst & Young in the Strategy and Transactions group, most recently as a director. In this role, he led project teams, managed client relationships, and oversaw the valuation of tangible assets — including corporate real estate, energy, and infrastructure portfolios — for mergers and acquisitions, tax strategy, and impairment analyses. Jordan developed financial valuation models and construction budgets for numerous large-cap companies and presented data-driven insights to support executive decision-making.
Jordan started his career as a civil/structural engineer, supporting building design, cost estimation, 3D modeling, and drafting for commercial and industrial projects. Jordan holds a Bachelor of Science in civil engineering from Michigan State University and is a licensed Professional Engineer (PE) in Michigan. He is also a certified Project Management Professional (PMP®).
