As a senior vice president, Kyle brings more than 14 years of construction and development experience to Plante Moran Living Forward. He has a background in managing complex and challenging projects in the senior living, healthcare, hospitality, multi-unit residential, municipality, retail, and higher education industries.
Kyle specializes in planning and managing logistically challenging new construction projects, building additions, and renovations. His expertise in senior living predevelopment programming and budgeting has resulted in well-run projects with minimal impact to clients. Kyle’s experience involves estimating, scheduling, and vendor coordination, skills that help him work seamlessly as part of the development team to safeguard the client’s budget and schedule from concept to completion.
Prior to joining Plante Moran Living Forward, Kyle was a senior project manager at Pepper Construction and Barton Malow Construction. He obtained two Bachelor of Science degrees from Lawrence Technological University, one in civil engineering and one in architecture.
