Rick specializes in developing and implementing strategic real estate plans that complement overall corporate goals across the country. He has helped a diverse range of clients realize significant cost savings and increased effectiveness through creativity, careful planning, and strong client advocacy.
Rick advises corporate and nonprofit clients on real estate transactions including leases, acquisitions, build-to-suits, expansions, contractions, and renewals. He has worked with clients who have single locations to large 500+ location organizations in portfolio management. He has completed lease transactions and acquisitions ranging from small office requirements to large industrial facilities across the world.
Prior to joining Plante Moran Realpoint (PMR), formerly Plante Moran Cresa, Rick held a regional sales and management position for an international distributor. In this role, he was responsible for profitability, logistical planning, and operational implementation. Rick’s unique educational and occupational background imparts managerial and communications abilities that enable him to provide excellent strategic planning, transaction management, and real estate consulting services.
Rick received a Bachelor of Arts degree from Albion College in economics and management. He also holds a master’s degree from Walsh College in management.
