As a consultant with Plante Moran Realpoint (PMR), Will conducts market research, develops tax and community land trust pro formas, and coordinates with a variety of stakeholders throughout the development process, supporting communication across workstreams to get the job done. Will is a primary relationship manager for private defense industry clients.
Will commits to viewing every client relationship from a team perspective. By getting to know his clients on both personal and professional levels, he strives to meet their needs and make navigating the real estate industry a stress-free process. His approach fosters strong, lasting partnerships that drive client success.
Before joining PMR, Will served four years in the U.S. Navy as a master-at-arms, where he was responsible for the safety and protection of naval assets during overseas deployments and ran anti-terrorism missions. His disciplined military background and strategic planning skills are invaluable assets in his current role.
Will graduated from the University of Illinois at Urbana-Champaign with a degree in political science and a certificate in Arms Control & International and Domestic Security. He is a licensed real estate broker in the state of Michigan.
