The challenge

For over 50 years, Landaal Packaging Systems has grown as a Michigan-based provider of packaging products, supplies, and services. With five locations and a promising future ahead, the company sought to consolidate its separate facilities into one location and invest in room to grow.

The solution

Landaal Packaging engaged Plante Moran Cresa (PMC) to assist with real estate planning. Our team provided a market survey and analysis, a current facility use and condition assessment, financial modeling, space programming and cost estimating, site due diligence, and transaction management services.

The benefit

Plante Moran Cresa helped the client secure a 150,000- to 200,000-square-foot office/industrial facility with potential to expand up to an additional 100,000 square feet.
