It gives us great pleasure to introduce John Cassidy as the newest addition to the senior living development team Plante Moran Living Forward.
Confetti in the air to celebrate something

Plante Moran Living Forward (PMLF), the senior living development team associated with Plante Moran and Plante Moran Realpoint (PMR), formerly Plante Moran Cresa, is excited to welcome John Cassidy to the firm. John joins the Chicago Riverside office as a senior consultant.

John brings a broad range of experience to the team, having worked with senior living clients at every stage of the development process, from strategic planning to market studies and financial feasibility modeling all the way through construction project management. He has a Bachelor of Arts in business and economics from Wheaton College.

“We’re really excited to have John on the team,” said Dana Wollschlager, principal and practice leader of PMLF. “He has a skillset that will make him a valuable asset on any client project.”

John’s role with the team will be multifaceted. He will assist with developing market studies and financial feasibility reports for clients throughout the country who are considering their next capital project. He will also support clients throughout their capital projects.

“I’m thrilled to be joining the Plante Moran Living Forward team,” said John. “The industry knowledge and experience that PMLF brings to each engagement is second-to-none and I am looking forward to working with the team and provide excellent client service.”

Prior to joining PMLF, John was a project development manager at Covenant Living Communities & Services, one of the nation’s largest not-for-profit senior living providers, where he managed many large construction development initiatives. He was also part of the 2020–2021 LeadingAge Illinois Leadership Academy, a program for developing leaders in the senior living industry.

Please join us in welcoming John to the team.
