Plante Moran Living Forward welcomes Tia Bowe to the firm
Plante Moran Living Forward (PMLF), the senior living development advisory firm associated with Plante Moran and Plante Moran Realpoint, is excited to welcome Tia Bowe, LNHA, LALD, to the firm. Tia joins the Chicago Riverside office as a senior vice president in PMLF’s operations consulting practice and brings more than 20 years of senior living operational leadership experience. In her role, Tia will help clients develop strategic solutions to their financial and operational challenges.
“Tia’s extensive experience aids clients in improving their financial outcomes to ensure a financially sustainable future. Every senior living provider could benefit from a holistic look at their operations to find better efficiencies,” said Dana Wollschlager, partner and practice leader of PMLF.
Tia will work closely with Steve Przybilla, who joined the firm in 2022 to expand PMLF’s operations consulting practice. The practice’s goal is to help providers align their operations with their business strategy through a comprehensive suite of consulting services, including strategic planning, rent and services competitive analysis, operational efficiency analysis, and marketing and sales evaluations. These services have helped clients overcome the operational challenges impeding progress to support growth in current and new markets.
“During such difficult times of operating senior living communities, I am excited to be able to find additional opportunities of improvement that will benefit our clients, as well as their residents, and continue to impact the quality of senior lives,” said Tia. “This pivot in my career allows me to have the best of both worlds.”
Prior to joining PMLF, Tia was an operations vice president for a faith-based senior care provider that operates across the Midwest, where she integrated interdisciplinary team systems and processes for 17 healthcare campuses across four states. Prior to that, Tia served as a vice president of operations for a Wisconsin-based skilled nursing and assisted living provider. She was responsible for the overall direction and business results of 36 communities in Wisconsin and Michigan, leading these communities to deliver quality care for residents while ensuring financial growth and strong clinical outcomes.
Tia has a Bachelor of Science in healthcare administration from The University of Wisconsin—Eau Claire. She is a licensed nursing home administrator in four states and a licensed assisted living director in Minnesota.
