Luxury life plan community Moorings Park Grande Lake, located in Naples, Fla., has completed construction on its state-of-the-art assisted living building, GardenView. Plante Moran Living Forward (PMLF) is proud to have provided owner’s representation services from conceptual design through project completion.
Following the successful completion of the 76,000-square-foot Clubhouse, Moorings Park Communities engaged PMLF to oversee development and construction efforts for the new assisted living space, GardenView. This 81,500-square-foot residential building marks a significant milestone in how Moorings Park’s assisted living services will integrate technology to enhance resident wellness and experience.
“GardenView is not simply an assisted living building. It is a proof of concept for how aging will look in the future,” said Dan Lavender, CEO of Moorings Park Communities. “We’ve created an environment where technology anticipates needs, hospitality enriches daily life, and human connection remains at the heart of care.”
The project was completed in a single phase, beginning in January 2024 and concluding in October 2025, with residents moving in starting November 3. GardenView features expansive common areas, including the Palmetto Sunroom, a cantilevered glass space located on the third floor that overlooks a botanical garden. The building also incorporates advanced artificial intelligence technology to support resident health and safety.
