Fountain, who was recently selected as a Crain’s Detroit Business 2026 Notable Leader in Architecture, Engineering, & Construction, has more than 20 years of experience in the construction and real estate market. He plays a key leadership role in PMR’s public sector practice and has worked on a variety of highly impactful, large capital projects for cities, counties, airports, and other authorities. He guides his clients through the process of planning and executing their capital projects, helping them turn vision into reality while mitigating risk by monitoring budgets, schedules, and vendors.
Fountain has a Bachelor of Arts in business management from Western Michigan University.
