SOUTHFIELD, Mich., July 16, 2026 — Commercial real estate advisory firm Plante Moran Realpoint (PMR) is pleased to announce nine promotions for 2026. With more than 150 staff, PMR is built different, offering comprehensive, end-to-end real estate services, deep industry expertise, and is seamlessly integrated with Plante Moran as an affiliated entity.

Partners

Andy Fountain has been promoted to partner. 

“Andy has consistently brought high energy and passion for doing great work while leading PMR’s government practice,” said Greg VanKirk, partner and public sector leader. “His unwavering dedication to his clients and their communities reflects the values of our firm.”

Based in Southfield, Fountain plays a key leadership role in PMR’s public sector practice, where he helps guide complex capital projects from early planning through execution. He was recently selected as a Crain’s Detroit Business 2026 Notable Leader in Architecture, Engineering, & Construction.

Vice Presidents

JP Birmingham, Remy Dickinson, Sherri House, Kaitlin Urbin, and Ethan Weiss have been promoted to vice president. All are based in the Southfield office.

Birmingham provides program and project management services to public sector clients. This includes capital program planning, conducting risk assessments, and overseeing projects from conception through completion. As an owner’s representative, he thrives on collaborating with his team to develop innovative solutions, enhance efficiency, and effectively meet client objectives. He has a Bachelor of Science in civil engineering from the University of Michigan and earned his MBA at the University of North Carolina.

Part of the project management team, Dickinson serves as a project management information system (PMIS) resource at the firm and is also a part of a team that is responsible for building more robust and efficient processes and procedures. Her experience and analytical thought process allow her to customize workflows to suit each client’s unique needs, helping clients achieve successful project outcomes. Dickinson graduated from the University of Alabama with a Master of Education and a Bachelor of Science in mathematics with a minor in economics.

A program controls professional at PMR, House has led high-impact initiatives in SOP development, process optimization, and user training, helping teams strengthen consistency, efficiency, and adoption. With deep technical expertise in Trimble Unity Construct, House designs and customizes workflows that align with each client’s unique construction program needs, enabling greater visibility, streamlined execution, and successful project outcomes.

As part of the marketing team, Urbin uses her extensive design and marketing communications experience across a wide range of media, including proposals, client deliverables, marketing materials, videos, presentations, and informational campaigns. With a blend of creativity, technical skills, and business savvy, she provides clients with high-quality materials that help them advance their messages effectively. Urbin graduated from Michigan State University with a Bachelor of Fine Arts degree in graphic design and a Bachelor of Arts degree in creative advertising with a concentration in art direction.

Weiss serves on PMR’s program management team, assisting clients through each phase of their design and construction projects and helping with timely and budget-compliant delivery. He takes pride in his role as an owner’s representative and thrives in a collaborative team environment, developing innovative solutions to achieve clients’ goals. Weiss earned his bachelor’s degree in facilities planning and management from Wentworth Institute of Technology.

Senior Consultants

Owen Laverty and Tyler Ritchie have been promoted to senior consultant, and Valerie Dukes has been promoted to senior project cost accountant. All are based in Southfield.

Laverty works on projects across the firm’s real estate investment service groups, helping with development consulting, acquisitions support services, financial and incentive feasibility analyses, and investment strategy. Known as a creative problem solver, Laverty’s PMR experience includes a previous internship at the firm’s Chicago office, where he worked as a project analyst intern. He has a Bachelor of Business Administration from Grand Valley State University’s Seidman College of Business, where he double majored in finance and business economics.

Like Laverty, Ritchie serves a cross-functional role at PMR, helping with development consulting, financial analysis, pro forma modeling, market research services, and financial and investment strategy. He also has a Bachelor of Business Administration from Grand Valley State University’s Seidman College of Business, where he double majored in finance and business economics. While at Grand Valley, Ritchie was the president of Seidman Investment Portfolio Organization, a premier student-run business organization with a financial focus, overseeing $150,000 in assets under management diversified into seven sectors.

As a project cost accountant, Dukes supports healthcare and public sector clients with processing and reconciling budgets, costs, and commitments for their capital programs, giving them an aerial view of their projects’ financial health throughout the construction process. Her financial knowledge and literacy allow her to be a guide for her clients, supporting their goals and needs from project start to finish. Dukes earned her bachelor’s degree in accounting from Eastern Michigan University.
