Experience
As an advisor at Plante Moran Realpoint (PMR), Bryan is a valued member of PMR’s public sector government practice. He helps drive progress and overcome challenges on large-scale capital and infrastructure projects for all government units, including state and local authorities, airports, and economic development organizations.
Bryan’s 30 years of providing legal representation and planning services for capital and infrastructure programs have made him a respected member at all levels of Michigan’s government. He has served as chief legal counsel for capital infrastructure programs for the city of Detroit and as a county commissioner for Wayne County, Mich. He is a graduate of the University of Detroit Mercy with studies completed at Georgetown University Law School.
Bryan joined PMR while concurrently serving the Related Company and Soave Enterprises on various long in-process initiatives.
