Eric’s extensive level of technical experience enables him to specialize in a variety of unique projects, which are further complemented by his ability to effectively communicate with clients, staff, and vendors throughout the entire construction process. His expertise in the creation of contract documentation, pre-construction services, conceptual estimating, project logistics, phasing, scheduling, and vendor coordination has allowed him to successfully deliver numerous healthcare, commercial, industrial, and educational projects to clients while meeting budget and schedule requirements.
Prior to joining Plante Moran Cresa, Eric started his career at DeMaria where, in addition to managing the Metro Detroit Health Care market, he also worked on developing and managing a nationally accredited fire stopping firm that provided services in fire stopping, life safety surveys, and assistance in the development of statement of conditions (SOCs) and plans for improvement (PFIs) through authority having jurisdiction (AHJ).
Eric received his bachelor’s degree in industrial technology management and business administration from Central Michigan University. He is a Hilti Accredited Fire Stop Specialty Contractor (HAFSC).
