Keith is a vice president at Plante Moran Realpoint (PMR), specializing in K-12 education facility planning, client management, and strategic capital improvement initiatives. With 25 years of experience in K-12 education, including 18 years as an administrator, Keith offers a unique perspective that helps school districts make informed decisions about their facilities and future growth. He maintains project momentum and implements strategic facility utilization and pupil enrollment studies.
Keith has guided districts through complex bond decisions, consistently delivering and exceeding planned improvements despite challenging financial climates. Clients value his ability to translate pupil enrollment data and facility metrics into actionable plans that align educational spaces with community needs.
Prior to joining PMR, Keith served as deputy superintendent and interim superintendent for Bloomfield Hills Schools. There, he managed bond construction projects and led the district through strategic decisions that maximized the impact of bond dollars, even surpassing initial expectations in the face of rising costs. His dedication to creating optimal learning environments aligns with PMR’s mission to help school districts achieve their capital improvement goals.
Keith earned a Bachelor of Science in general science from the University of Michigan, a Master of Arts in Teaching from Marygrove College, and an Education Specialist degree in administration and supervision from Wayne State University. He is an active member of the Michigan Association of School Administrators (MASA) and the Michigan School Business Officials (MSBO).
