Kevin Dailey

As a senior manager and leader of the firm’s Netherlands office, my work focuses on assisting European private equity funds and parent companies expand into the U.S. market, as well as partnering with U.S.-based private equity funds as they acquire and manage investments across Europe and other international markets. The majority of my clients are private equity-owned and owner-managed businesses across the manufacturing, distribution, and service industries. I help clients navigate cross-border growth and increasing operational complexity by providing transaction and acquisition support, guidance on audit and reporting requirements, integration planning, and insight into the tax considerations that often accompany global expansion.

Clients value my ability to understand their unique challenges and bring the full breadth of the firm to the table, assembling the right team and drawing on our collective expertise to deliver thoughtful, well-rounded solutions. I enjoy working closely with management teams to help them scale thoughtfully, adapt to change, and position their organizations for long-term success. I was drawn to the international practice for the opportunity to nurture my passion for carving new paths and doing meaningful work alongside a strong, collaborative team. After more than a decade with the firm, I’m most proud of the team we’ve built and the success we’ve achieved together.

Around the office, colleagues know me for leading with trust and shared effort. I work closely alongside my teams while encouraging flexibility, autonomy, and growth, creating an environment where people feel supported, empowered, and confident stepping into leadership.

I’m an active member of the AICPA, the Illinois CPA Society, and the Association for Corporate Growth’s (ACG) Holland Chapter, which keeps me connected to the profession and the broader business community. I hold both a B.S. in Accounting and an M.S. in Accounting with a concentration in Finance from the University of Illinois at Urbana-Champaign.

Outside of work, travel plays a central role in my life. My wife, Victoria, and I are always eager to experience new places, immerse ourselves in different cultures, meet new people, and gain perspective on how others live and work around the world.
