Experience

As a vice president with Plante Moran Realpoint (PMR), formerly Plante Moran REIA, Kristin conducts financial, feasibility, and market analyses of potential real estate transactions and development projects. Kristin also works with our project management team to help K-12 clients plan, source, and execute capital improvement projects within their districts.

Prior to joining PMR, Kristin served in the U.S. Army for eight years as a helicopter pilot and officer. After her Army career, Kristin earned her Master of Business Administration degree and Real Estate Development Certificate from the Ross School of Business at the University of Michigan, during which time she was selected as a Goldie Scholar by the Goldie B. Wolfe Miller Women Leaders in Real Estate Initiative, a program that supports women working in commercial real estate.

While completing her degree, Kristin gained experience in conducting feasibility studies and gap analyses for economic development in Detroit through internships with Bedrock Detroit and The Related Companies, LLC. She is currently an active member of the Urban Land Institute (ULI) of Michigan, participating in both the ULI Women in Leadership and Young Leader’s Group Initiatives, as well as CREW Detroit, where she serves on the Outreach and Professional Development Committees.

Before graduate school, Kristin earned her Bachelor of Science in psychology from the United States Military Academy in West Point, N.Y., where she was also an NCAA Division 1 Athlete.
