The challenge
Madonna Manor, located on 28 picturesque acres overlooking the Ohio River in Villa Hills, Kentucky, engaged Plante Moran Living Forward™ (PMLF) to conduct a thorough financial analysis and debt capacity study of building a replacement nursing home on its campus.
With this information validated, Madonna Manor’s leadership commenced the three-year-long project, naming PMLF as owner’s representative.
The solution
As Madonna Manor’s owner representative, PMLF oversaw the entire project repositioning program. Our scope of services included architect selection, design oversight, construction project management, budget and schedule, and furniture and technology procurement before concluding with project close out and move management.
The benefit
Throughout the project, PMLF made sure Madonna Manor met or exceeded every standard required by appreciable codes and regulations and the state of Kentucky. Additionally, PMLF helped Madonna Manor shape a financial strategy for the new nursing home facility that provided the most advantageous mortgage repayment plan.
