As a consultant with Plante Moran Realpoint (PMR), formerly Plante Moran REIA, Charlie works on various projects across the firm’s real estate investment service groups, including market research, due diligence, financial analysis, highest and best use analysis, and asset management.
As a client-focused individual, Charlie believes it’s important to listen and thoroughly understand clients’ real estate needs before offering a solution. Charlie brings experience from several internships to PMR, most recently with Morgan Stanley Wealth Management in Birmingham, Mich. He was also a student Real Estate Investment Trust analyst at Michigan State University. Through these internships, Charlie gained experience in wealth management, asset management, market research, and financial planning.
Charlie is a licensed real estate salesperson in the state of Michigan. He received a Bachelor of Arts from Michigan State University’s Broad College of Business, where he majored in finance and minored in wealth management. Charlie is a member of Urban Land Institute (ULI).
