The client’s $65 million institutional real estate portfolio consisting of 17 properties was not being managed professionally and needed income optimization and asset repositioning.

The benefit

The initial results include stabilizing income streams at each property and identifying assets for disposition and reinvestment. When complete, the total asset value is expected to be more than $100 million.
