We had a great time visiting with Red Level's team during the ribbon cutting this week, and we're happy to see them settled in their new home.

Congratulations to Novi-based technology consulting firm Red Level, who recently moved its company headquarters to a single-story, 18,000-square foot facility at 40200 Grand River Avenue. We had a great time visiting with the team during the ribbon cutting this week, and we’re happy to see you settled in your new home.

The company’s new building, which opened for business in January, offers more space and a convenient location. An open floor plan, spacious collaboration areas, and abundant natural light makes the new space a great environment for staff.

As the tenant representative, Plante Moran Cresa’s team — led by Principal Rick Pifer and Senior Consultant Tony Sorgi — assisted Red Level in evaluating whether their next move would be a lease, acquisition, or new construction.

This process began by identifying Red Level’s current and future space needs while simultaneously taking into consideration work culture and ways to enhance collaboration within the organization. Armed with this knowledge, we then analyzed Red Level’s existing footprint and went to the market to identify viable options.

According to the press release announcing the move, Red Level has expanded three times in seven years and expects to continue to grow in this new space. We wish Red Level all the best as they continue to grow.
