In her role as senior vice president, Erica brings over 14 years of experience executing complex commercial real estate transactions and managing corporate real estate portfolios. Her expertise encompasses tenant representation, acquisition, disposition, and workplace strategy consulting.
Erica is currently managing several client portfolios and is a leading member of the team responsible for the land strategy and acquisition of more than 200 acres of land, which houses the new Detroit Red Wings Event Center, Little Caesar’s new Global Headquarters and significant office, retail and residential development in the city of Detroit.
Prior to joining Plante Moran Cresa, Erica was a senior vice president and co-leader of brokerage in the Detroit office for Jones Lang LaSalle. During her time with Jones Lang LaSalle, she was also responsible for managing the North American real estate portfolio for Procter & Gamble and XEROX. In 2011, she was recognized as one of the “top 50 women leaders” in the firm.
Prior to her time with Jones Lang LaSalle, Erica was a broker for Trammell Crow and spent two years as national transaction manager on the Volkswagen of America and Lear accounts.
Erica began her career as an associate attorney with the national law firm of Gibson, Dunn & Crutcher, LLP specializing in tax and real estate law.
Erica received her bachelor’s degree from the University of Maryland as well as a Juris Doctor from the University of Pennsylvania Law School.
