I lead the research and due diligence efforts for the firm’s traditional fixed income strategies and serve as a technical resource for advisors and clients on taxable and municipal bond markets. My role includes selecting and monitoring fixed income investment managers, collaborating with internal committees to shape our forward view of financial markets, and assisting clients with personalized recommendations related to their bond portfolio. I work closely with ultra-high- and high-net-worth individuals.
My passion for financial markets and being able to apply my analytical skill set are what attracted me to this career. Helping clients meet their individual goals with tailored solutions is a very rewarding aspect of my work.
Clients appreciate my deep technical knowledge of fixed income markets and my ability to help them understand the key trade-offs when investing in fixed income investments. This includes addressing macro-related topics like Federal Reserve policy or market-based topics related to Treasury and corporate or municipal bonds.
I’m a member of the CFA Institute and the CFA Society of Detroit and received my B.S.B.A. with a concentration in finance from Central Michigan University.
Outside of work, I enjoy spending time with my wife and son, cycling, traveling, and being outdoors.
