The Chicago Tribune has named Plante Moran a Top Workplace for the fifth consecutive year.

The Chicago Tribune partners with Energage, an employee research and consulting firm, to compile a list of award-winning organizations. This 11th annual ranking is based on staff surveys, which assesses everything from confidence in company leadership to work-life balance.
