John Lesser, president of Plante Moran Financial Advisors, joined Julie Cooling, founder & CEO of RIA Channel, to discuss what makes a top advisor in honor of Plante Moran’s No. 9 ranking on RIA Channel’s 2021 Top 100 Wealth Manager’s List.

During the discussion, John explains how Plante Moran has built a nationally recognized firm with a client-centric approach through founder Frank Moran’s principles.

“When Frank Moran founded the firm, his thought was to always look out for your clients, do what’s in their best interest, and provide a very high level of service,” says John. “And if you do that, clients will be loyal, they will refer other clients to you, and you will be successful because you are always doing the right thing.”
