For the eighth consecutive year, Plante Moran has received a BEST Award from the Association for Talent Development (ATD).
The ATD BEST Award highlights organizations that demonstrate companywide success that stem from exceptional talent development. Award winners must showcase that learning has value in the organization’s culture, and that it changes behavior, improves the company’s culture, and moves from training to talent development.
This list is compiled based on both quantitative and qualitative information regarding the organization’s talent development practices and programs and then judged by a group of experts in the field.
