The Detroit Free Press has recognized Plante Moran as one of its “Michigan Top Workplaces” for the 17th consecutive year. The firm ranked No. 1 in the “large business” category for the seventh year in a row.
The Michigan Top Workplaces list is based solely on staff feedback gathered through a workplace culture survey administered by Energage in partnership with the Detroit Free Press. Eligible organizations with 50 or more Michigan staff are evaluated through a 26-question survey covering factors such as pay, benefits, direction, leadership, meaningfulness, and appreciation. Energage scores companies based on the responses.
In addition to the top workplace award, Plante Moran Managing Partner Jason Drake received the Leadership award in the large business category. This recognition reflects the trust and confidence staff place in the firm’s leadership and its direction. It also underscores the important role strong leadership plays in creating a workplace where staff feel supported, valued, and connected to the firm’s success.
