Experience
As a member of our wealth management investment research team, I help guide the firm’s fixed income manager selection, support fixed income portfolio decisions, provide specialized consultation for individual client needs, and produce commentary on current market and economic trends. With over five years of experience, I’ve developed expertise in fixed income markets, portfolio strategy, and macroeconomic analysis.
Clients value my ability to break down key macroeconomic themes, articulate our investment philosophy, and develop creative, tailored solutions. I serve as a steady resource during periods of market volatility, providing timely insights on current events and their potential investment implications.
I was inspired to pursue a career in wealth management because one’s relationship with money has a profound impact on life and helping people navigate that feels deeply meaningful. Managing investment portfolios on behalf of clients allows me to engage in an act of service, focus on stewardship, and ultimately help clients achieve their goals. What a privilege!
I’m a member of the CFA Institute and CFA Society of West Michigan, regularly participating in events that bring together financial professionals from across the region for networking and professional development. I earned my B.S. in economics and finance from Olivet Nazarene University.
Outside of work, I enjoy spending time with family and friends, reading a good book with a cup of coffee, and wishing the Chicago Blackhawks would succeed again. I’m also an active member of a local Christian church.
