I assist regional, national, and international corporations with SEC reporting and compliance, financial audits and reviews, internal controls assessments, initial and secondary public offerings, and financial performance reviews. I work primarily with SEC registrants along with private equity-backed companies, and my clients span a broad range of industries, including manufacturing and distribution, high-tech, biotech, and commercial services.
Clients appreciate that I’m responsive, proactive, and collaborative. Around the office, colleagues know me for being a technical resource to them, as well as a good sounding board for their ideas and challenges. I’ve been in this field for more than 25 years, and I love that it affords me the privilege of working with a smart, energetic, and eager-to-learn workforce.
I belong to the AICPA and the Colorado Society of CPAs. I’m also a member of the Colorado Fourteeners Initiative. I’ve been recognized as the “Adjunct Faculty of the Year” at the University of Denver, where I taught an advanced auditing course for nearly 10 years. I received my B.S. in accounting from Metropolitan State University of Denver and my M.B.A. from University of Denver.
I spend my free time with my wife and two children and a variety of hiking partners. My passion is mountaineering.
