As a managing director of P&M Corporate Finance, I lead the firm’s medical technology and healthcare services teams. I specialize in assisting clients with mergers and acquisitions, leveraged buyouts, private placements, financings, valuations, and strategic consulting. My clients range from global life sciences companies to small, privately held businesses.
When people ask what attracted me to this career, I tell them it’s the challenges — and the rewards — of being a part of creating a life-changing transaction for my clients. And after 20 years, I haven’t been let down.
I’ve written numerous articles for healthcare and medical technology industry publications, and I’m a frequent speaker at business, media, and industry organization events. I’m commonly asked to share my insight regarding various investment banking topics, such as M&A and macro trends within the medical manufacturing industry.
I earned a B.B.A. with an emphasis in finance from the Stephen M. Ross School of Business at the University of Michigan. I’m a licensed securities representative, holding Series 7 and 63 registrations, and serve as treasurer of the Beverly Hills Little League.
My three kids and all their activities keep me busy outside of work. I’m also an avid outdoorsman and enjoy back-country camping and fishing.
